Job summary

Responsibilities

• Facilitates Family Engagement Meetings and coordinates with participants.
• Performs S.A.F.E. and Kinship Assessments when needed.
• Conducts needs assessments with families, children, and youth.
• Coordinates with supervisors on critical decisions and safety planning in the home.
• Transports clients as necessary.
