Responsible for managing the full cycle recruitment process for all exempt level roles (Store Manager and above). Collaborate with the Director to develop a recruitment strategy aligned with the organization's needs within specific lines of business. Serve as a recruiter and oversee recruitment staff to provide comprehensive full life cycle recruitment support. Offer consultative guidance to hiring managers on company policies, staffing processes, and staff selection. Lead strategic recruiting initiatives through planning, research, and execution.
5+ years recruiting experience in the retail industry.
