Summary of Position

Responsible for managing the full cycle recruitment process for all exempt level roles (Store Manager and above). Collaborate with the Director to develop a recruitment strategy aligned with the organization's needs within specific lines of business. Serve as a recruiter and oversee recruitment staff to provide comprehensive full life cycle recruitment support. Offer consultative guidance to hiring managers on company policies, staffing processes, and staff selection. Lead strategic recruiting initiatives through planning, research, and execution.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop and evaluate effective recruitment strategies and processes.
• Build strong partnerships with store operations teams.
• Lead recruitment staff in sourcing and placing qualified candidates, fostering staff development.
• Analyze reports on requisition activity, passive sourcing, and time to fill; identify areas for improvement.
• Assist in setting and monitoring the recruiting budget in collaboration with the Director.
• Create staffing strategies to meet business needs.
• Ensure a positive candidate interview experience.
• Extend and negotiate employment offers; manage pre-employment processes.
• Provide full life cycle recruitment services for various positions.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5-7 years in recruitment/talent acquisition, with at least 2 in management.
• Proven ability to manage staffing efforts and develop recruitment strategies.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical, and follow-through skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple projects.
• Strong relationship-building skills with hiring managers.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Desired Qualifications
