Responsibilities include negotiating support, scheduling DNA testing, issuing orders, and coordinating Masters Hearings. Requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, paired with strong ethics and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Two years of job-related experience.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with strong ethics and discretion.
• Good verbal and written communication.
• Accurate and detail oriented.
• Ability to work independently and stay organized.
• Team-oriented with strong time management.
• Ability to exercise sound judgement in critical situations.
• Confidential handling of information and data security.
• Proficient with basic PC routines and software packages.

Responsabilités

• Negotiate child and spousal support using PA guidelines.
• Review conferences, prepare reports and note important events.
• Establish paternity with DNA testing coordination.
• Enter temporary orders and issue 10-day notices.
• Schedule Masters Hearings when requested.
• Prepare and finalize all orders.
• Docket and ensure accurate provisions of orders.
• Enter interim orders as needed.
• Follow up on stipulations and orders with attorneys.
• Issue bench warrants for non-appearance.
• Prepare reports with discussed topics and schedules.
• Maintain and distribute reports and records.
• Perform other duties and special projects as required.
