Job summary

The Villages of Indiana is seeking a Family Community Specialist Level II to provide supportive services to children and families, including education, child development and well-being. The role involves working with hard to reach families and developing individualized academic plans to promote student success.

The position requires reporting timely, knowledge of available community resources, and occasional evenings or weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience delivering services to children and families preferred.
• Availability to work some evenings/weekends.

Position Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent

4 years full-time employment experience providing direct service to children and families. Experience must include service to families that need assistance in the protection and care of their children

Availability to work some evenings/weekends.

Regular travel throughout the state of Indiana and reliable transportation.

Participation in a rotation of on call responsibilities
