Job summary

The Villages of Indiana seeks a Family Community Specialist Level II to deliver supportive services to children and families, focusing on education, child development, homemaking, and well-being.

You will engage with hard to reach families, build knowledge of community resources, and complete timely reports and documentation in line with contract standards.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 4 years full time employment experience providing direct service to children and families, including work with families needing protection and care.

  • Develop working knowledge of services available within each community for the child and family.

Position Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent

4 years full time employment experience providing direct service to children and families. Experience must include service to families that need assistance in the protection and care of their children
