Job summary

The Villages of Indiana is seeking a Family Community Specialist Level II to provide supportive services to children and families across Indiana. You will work with hard-to-reach families, develop individualized plans, and help improve academic outcomes through community resources.

This role requires a High School Diploma, 4 years of direct-service experience, evening/weekend availability, regular statewide travel, and on-call rotation.

The Family Community Specialist Level II will:


Provide supportive services to children and families including education, child development, homemaking, and child and family well-being

Position Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent


4 years full-time employment experience providing direct service to children and families. Experience must include service to families that need assistance in the protection and care of their children


Availability to work some evenings/weekends.


Regular travel throughout the state of Indiana and reliable transportation.


Participation in a rotation of on call responsibilities
