Job summary

Indiana University Bloomington seeks a Family and Community Liaison within the CBSI/IRCA to strengthen family engagement and resource navigation. You will collaborate with social workers, educators, and community partners to inform resources and supports for individuals across the lifespan.

The role emphasizes lived experience, cross-team collaboration, and ongoing partnership development with statewide and local communities. Bloomington-based, full-time position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required for this role.
• Minimum 2 years of work experience in related fields.
• Experience navigating educational, health, disability, and community support systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Licensed Social Workers, Training Specialists, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Assist individuals and families in navigating complex service systems.
• Elevate family voice to improve partnerships and access to supports.
• Represent the Centers at community events and outreach activities.
• Develop and deliver trainings, webinars, and family engagement initiatives.
