• Bachelor's degree required; coursework in education, counseling, human services, or communications desirable.
• Experience with school and community activities, preferably in a leadership role.
• Some counseling experience is desirable.
• Other combinations of education, training and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Support parents and the school community and enhance family engagement.
• Collaborate with the Community School Liaison on planning, referring, and implementing wrap around services.
• Identify and develop resources to support school programs and make them available for families.
• Serve as liaison between parents, families, the school and community.
• Establish and maintain a school-community relationship and work with staff and community members.
