Harmony Hills Elementary School is seeking a School Instructional Support specialist to collaborate with the Community School Coordinator and the principal. You will enhance family engagement by coordinating with parents and local organizations to connect families with services and programs.

The role emphasizes building a strong school-community relationship, advocating for families, and identifying resources to support wrap-around services, with occasional evening/weekend duties as needed.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience with school and community activities and programs, preferably in a leadership role.
• Some counseling experience is desirable.
• Fluency in a second language is preferred for some positions.
• Knowledge of SSPGS (Supporting Services Professional Growth System).

Responsabilidades

• Serve as liaison between parents, school and community.
• Collaborate with Community School Liaison to plan wrap-around services.
• Identify and develop resources to support school programs.
• Establish and maintain a strong school-community relationship.
• Work with diverse socioeconomic groups to engage families.
