Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma/equivalent required; PAT curricula/training preferred for candidates with high school diplomas.
• CDA or Vocational Education Certification in Early Childhood or Associate/Bachelor degree in related Human Service field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides professional parent instruction and delivery of PAT Curriculum to families prenatal to kindergarten.
• Conducts required number of home visits to families and children.
• Implements interactive family learning activities to expand child development knowledge and parent-child bonding.
• Recruits new families for the program and builds community relationships.
• Assesses family needs and provides developmentally appropriate information and support to parents.
• Maintains accurate records of visits and completes home visiting forms.
