Job summary

NECCO (ED Necco & Associates Inc.) is seeking a Wraparound Facilitator for the Safe at Home/CSED program in Beckley, WV. This role coordinates family teams, delivers comprehensive wraparound planning, and guides families toward sustainable community-based supports.

The facilitator will manage a small caseload, conduct assessments, and ensure documentation and invoicing are accurate while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team and community partners.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Bachelor’s degree in a human services field; master’s preferred.
• Social work licensure or eligibility in West Virginia preferred.
• Experience with families/children with emotional or behavioral needs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a caseload of 8–10 cases max.
• Facilitate and lead the family team meetings.
• Provide assessments, family planning, and intensive case management.
• Oversee wraparound team meetings and supports.
• Move families from professional to natural/community supports.
• Participate in on-call rotation and document activity.
• Conduct community outreach to build supports for families.
• Deliver services in-home and community settings; travel as needed.
