- Ability to investigate and interview alleged victims and perpetrators.
Responsibilities
- Investigate reported child abuse/neglect cases and determine substantiation.
- Assess risk levels and arrange safe environments for children.
- Develop needs assessments and treatment options for families and children.
- Prepare reports and briefing documents for court and teams.
- Create case plans for family permanency and self-sufficiency.
- Monitor service providers and update case plans as needed.
- Accept on-call responsibilities for investigations.
