Job summary

Catholic Charities of Central Texas seeks a Case Manager for St. Gabriel's Pregnancy & Parenting Program to manage a caseload and guide families through services, coordinating referrals to community resources for positive outcomes.

Reporting to the Lead Case Manager, this role requires compassionate client interaction, accurate documentation, and the ability to translate English to Spanish as needed. Travel within a 25-county region may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
• Experience requirements may be substituted for education at a two-to-one ratio; two years of experience equals one year of education.
• Must be a practicing Catholic in good standing.
• English and Spanish proficiency required; bilingual skills preferred.
• Valid Texas driver’s license and ability to travel 25-county region.

Responsibilities

• Screening, intakes, and assessment of needs for individuals and families to support healthy child development.
• Documenting client information, completing database entries, and invoicing to meet funding and agency standards.
• Provide information and referrals to Catholic Charities programming and community resources.
• Facilitate access to services, coordinate with partners, and advocate for clients.
• Translate English to Spanish as requested.
