Job summary

Catholic Charities of Central Texas is seeking a Case Manager to provide comprehensive case management for individuals and families in the Pregnancy & Parenting Program. You will manage an assigned caseload, guide families through the program, document activities, coordinate referrals, and ensure program compliance.

Reporting to the Lead Case Manager, the role requires compassionate service, independent judgment, and the ability to travel within a 25-county region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; experience may substitute for education.
• Must be a practicing Catholic in good standing.
• Must have valid Texas driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Conduct screening, intakes, and assessment of needs for individuals and families seeking services.
• Maintain confidential client files and statistical records.
• Prepare and submit required reports and paperwork in a timely, accurate manner.
