TEAMCare Behavioral Health, LLC in Lancaster County, PA seeks a Family Based Therapist-Mental Health Professional to implement the ESFT model with families. The role is part of a two-person Treatment Team delivering intensive services outside the traditional office.

Required are a graduate degree in a human services field, PA driver’s license, and Act 33/34 and FBI clearances. A sign-on bonus is offered to new hires.

Qualifications

• Must hold a graduate degree in a human services field and related experience.
• Two years of experience working with children/adolescents is required.
• Valid PA driver’s license, auto insurance, and clearances (Act 33/34, FBI) are required.

Responsabilités

• Work as part of a two-person Treatment Team implementing ESFT to strengthen family relationships.
• Serve up to eight families in Lancaster County with intensive therapeutic services.
• Deliver services in settings beyond the traditional office environment.
• Participate in ESFT training and supervision as part of professional development.

The Family Based Mental Health Professional is a therapist that will be part of a two-person Treatment Team. You will be trained in and implement the Ecosystemic Structural Family Therapy (ESFT) model to help strengthen relationships in families, improve executive functioning, identify and interrupt negative interaction patterns, and improve stability in the family. The Treatment Team will serve a maximum of eight (8) families in Lancaster County and will provide intensive therapeutic services in settings other than the traditional office environment.

What You Need To Be SUCCESSFUL

• Passion for patient care and a desire to make positive changes in someone's life
• Proficiency in Excel, MS Word, and ability to learn and efficiently utilize other computer applications
• Valid PA driver's license and auto insurance
• Act 33 Clearance, Act 34 Clearance, and FBI Clearance

Qualifications For The Family Based Mental Health Professional

• A graduate degree in psychiatry, psychology, social work, nursing, education, rehabilitation, or a graduate degree in the field of human services plus 2 years' experience working with children/adolescents
