Job summary

TEAMCare Behavioral Health, LLC in Lancaster County seeks a Family Based Mental Health Professional to join a two-person Treatment Team. You will be trained in and implement the Ecosystemic Structural Family Therapy (ESFT) model to strengthen family relationships, improve executive functioning, and interrupt negative interaction patterns.

This full-time role serves a maximum of eight families in Lancaster County and provides intensive services in settings beyond the traditional office.

Qualifications

• Requires graduate degree in a related field plus 2 years’ experience with children/adolescents.
• Proficiency in Excel and Word; ability to learn other applications.
• Valid PA driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Act 33/Act 34 FBI Clearances required.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a two-person Treatment Team.
• Implement ESFT model to strengthen family relationships.
• Provide intensive therapy to up to eight families in Lancaster County in non-office settings.
• Participate in ongoing training and documentation.

The Family Based Mental Health Professional is a therapist that will be part of a two-person Treatment Team. You will be trained in and implement the Ecosystemic Structural Family Therapy (ESFT) model to help strengthen relationships in families, improve executive functioning, identify and interrupt negative interaction patterns, and improve stability in the family. The Treatment Team will serve a maximum of eight (8) families in Lancaster County and will provide intensive therapeutic services in settings other than the traditional office environment.

What You Need To Be SUCCESSFUL

• Passion for patient care and a desire to make positive changes in someone's life
• Proficiency in Excel, MS Word, and ability to learn and efficiently utilize other computer applications
• Valid PA driver's license and auto insurance
• Act 33 Clearance, Act 34 Clearance, and FBI Clearance

• A graduate degree in psychiatry, psychology, social work, nursing, education, rehabilitation, or a graduate degree in the field of human services plus 2 years' experience working with children/adolescents
