Job summary

TEAMCare Behavioral Health LLC is seeking a Family Based Mental Health Professional (Full-Time). You will be part of a two-person Treatment Team and trained to implement the ESFT model, strengthening family relationships and supporting child functioning in diverse settings outside the office.

Qualifications

• A graduate degree in psychiatry, psychology, social work, nursing, education, rehabilitation, or a related human services field.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience working with children/adolescents.
• Proven passion for patient care and making positive changes in families.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a two-person Treatment Team.
• Apply the Ecosystemic Structural Family Therapy (ESFT) model to strengthen family relationships and functioning.
• Provide intensive therapeutic services in settings outside a traditional office.
• Serve up to eight families in Lancaster County.

Family Based Therapist

Full-Time Graduate Degree

*SIGN-ON BONUS*

The Family Based Mental Health Professional is a therapist that will be part of a two-person Treatment Team. You will be trained in and implement the Ecosystemic Structural Family Therapy (ESFT) model to help strengthen relationships in families, improve executive functioning, identify and interrupt negative interaction patterns, and improve stability in the family. The Treatment Team will serve a maximum of eight (8) families in Lancaster County and will provide intensive therapeutic services in settings other than the traditional office environment.

What you need to be SUCCESSFUL:

• Passion for patient care and a desire to make positive changes in someone's life


• Proficiency in Excel, MS Word, and ability to learn and efficiently utilize other computer applications


• Valid PA driver's license and auto insurance


• Act 33 Clearance, Act 34 Clearance, and FBI Clearance

Qualifications for The Family Based Mental Health Professional:

• A graduate degree in psychiatry, psychology, social work, nursing, education, rehabilitation, or a graduate degree in the field of human services plus 2 years' experience working with children/adolescents
