TEAMCare Behavioral Health, LLC is seeking a Family Based Therapist-Mental Health Professional to join a two-person Treatment Team in York County, PA. You will be trained in the Ecosystemic Structural Family Therapy (ESFT) model to strengthen family relationships, improve executive functioning, and interrupt negative interaction patterns.

The role involves delivering intensive therapeutic services in settings outside the traditional office and serving up to eight families in York and Adams

Qualifications

• Graduate degree required in a health/human services field; plus 2 years' experience with children/adolescents.
• Valid PA driver’s license and auto insurance required.
• Act 33, Act 34, and FBI clearances required.

Responsabilités

• Work as part of a two-person Treatment Team implementing ESFT to strengthen family relationships and improve functioning.
• Provide intensive therapeutic services in settings outside the traditional office environment.
• Serve up to eight families in York/Adams Counties and coordinate care with the treatment team.

The Family Based Mental Health Professional is a therapist that will be part of a two-person Treatment Team. You will be trained in and implement the Ecosystemic Structural Family Therapy (ESFT) model to help strengthen relationships in families, improve executive functioning, identify and interrupt negative interaction patterns, and improve stability in the family. The Treatment Team will serve a maximum of eight (8) families in York/Adams Counties and will provide intensive therapeutic services in settings other than the traditional office environment.

What You Need To Be SUCCESSFUL

• Passion for patient care and a desire to make positive changes in someone's life
• Proficiency in Excel, MS Word, and ability to learn and efficiently utilize other computer applications
• Valid PA driver's license and auto insurance
• Act 33 Clearance, Act 34 Clearance, and FBI Clearance

Qualifications For The Family Based Mental Health Professional

• A graduate degree in psychiatry, psychology, social work, nursing, education, rehabilitation, or a graduate degree in the field of human services plus 2 years' experience working with children/adolescents
