Job summary

Holcomb Behavioral Health Systems is seeking a Family-Based Clinician in Exton, PA. You will conduct individual and family therapy within the Family-Based Mental Health Services program, with supervision from the Clinical Coordinator. The role is full-time and located on site.

Qualifying candidates have a Master’s in a clinical discipline and at least two years in behavioral health with youth. PA clearances are required; licensure is preferred but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a clinical discipline with two semesters of supervised practicum.
• Two years of behavioral health experience with children/adolescents.
• Licensure/certification preferred but not required.
• Clearances including PA Child Abuse and Criminal history are required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individual and family therapy as part of FBMHS.
• Provide routine supervision to Family Based Counselor team if applicable.
• Conduct clinical mobile services in line with program standards and licensure.
• Document clinical service delivery accurately and timely.
• Coordinate with clients, payers, and community supports to sustain services.
