Job summary

Child and Family Focus, Inc. seeks dedicated Case Manager staff to deliver family-based therapy in home, school, and community settings.

Work in tight clinical teams with evidence-based models, while coordinating services and resources to support children and families facing emotional and behavioral challenges. The role supports a Monday–Friday schedule with potential weeknights and offers professional development through Ecosystemic Structural Family Therapy training and supervision

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology or related field plus 1 year CASSP experience.
• 12 credits in humanities or social services + 1 year CASSP experience; OMH certification enrollment.
• RN with 1 year CASSP experience; OMH certification enrollment.
• M-F schedule with potential weeknights and flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Work in two-person clinical teams to deliver family therapy and resource coordination.
• Engage families to address complex behavioral and systemic issues.
• Maintain caseload of 6–8 youth (ages 4-18) and their families.
• Attend training in Eco‑Systemic Family Therapy.
• Participate in weekly supervision.
• Meet with clients and families at least twice weekly for therapy.
