Job summary

Child and Family Focus, Inc. is seeking Bachelor-level Case Managers in Montgomery County to join two-person clinical teams providing family therapy and resource coordination for youths aged 4-18.

The role emphasizes working in home, school, and community settings with trauma-informed care and regular supervision. Flexible scheduling but standard weekday hours are expected, with on-call duties in rotation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, sociology, social work, nursing, rehabilitation, pre-med, theology or anthropology plus at least 1 year of CASSP system experience.
• 12 college credits in humanities or social services plus at least 1 year of CASSP experience and OMH certification enrollment.
• RN with CASSP experience plus enrollment for OMH mental health family based worker certification.

Responsibilities

• Work in two-person clinical teams to deliver family therapy and resource coordination.
• Engage youths and families to address complex family-systems issues.
• Maintain a caseload of 6 to 8 youths (ages 4-18) and their families.
• Attend training in Eco-Systemic Family Therapy and participate in weekly supervision.
• Meet with clients and their families at least twice weekly for individual and family therapy.
