Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage a full family law caseload from intake to final resolution.
• Represent clients in hearings, mediations, settlement conferences, and court proceedings.
• Handle divorce, child custody and parenting time, child support, spousal maintenance, and complex asset division.
• Draft, review and file pleadings, motions, and agreements.
• Develop strategic case plans with attorneys and legal support staff.
• Build trusted relationships with clients by providing compassionate, practical guidance.
• Utilize modern legal technology and AI-powered tools to improve efficiency and outcomes.
• Stay current on Arizona family law statutes and procedural updates.

A well-established and highly respected Arizona family law practice is seeking an experienced Family Law Attorney who is a certified family law specialist to join its growing team and take on complex family law matters. What You'll Do

• Manage a full family law caseload from initial consultation through final resolution.
• Represent clients in hearings, mediations, settlement conferences, and court proceedings.
• Handle a broad range of family law matters, including:

• Divorce
• Child custody and parenting time
• Child support
• Spousal maintenance
• High-conflict custody disputes
• High-net-worth and complex asset division
• Post-decree modifications and enforcement matters
• Communicate with clients in both Spanish and English

Draft, review, and file pleadings, motions, agreements, and other legal documents.

Develop strategic case plans in collaboration with attorneys and legal support staff.

Build trusted relationships with clients by providing compassionate, practical legal guidance during challenging situations.

Utilize modern legal technology and AI-powered tools to improve efficiency and client outcomes.

Stay current on Arizona family law statutes, case law, and procedural updates.
