The ideal candidate operates with a high degree of autonomy, seamlessly shifting into house management tasks (such as vendor coordination, organization, and errands) when the children are sleeping or in a routine.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Childcare & Development (Approx. 60-70% of focus)

    • Infant Care:* Manage full newborn routines including bottle preparation, sanitized feeding tracking, soothing, and supporting healthy sleep hygiene.
    • Toddler Engagement:* Plan and execute enriching, screen-free educational activities, arts and crafts, and outdoor play tailored to developmental milestones.
    • Transportation:* Safely drive the toddler to local activities, park outings, or classes using your own reliable vehicle.
    • Child Maintenance:* Handle children’s laundry, sanitize toys/bottles, and maintain organized, clutter-free nursery and play areas.
  2. Household Management & Operations (Approx. 30-40% of focus)

Errands & Logistics: Manage grocery procurement (runs and online orders), execute retail returns, drop off/pick up dry cleaning, and handle household packages.

Vendor Coordination: Act as the point of contact for household service providers (plumbers, HVAC, cleaners), source quotes, and oversee on-site maintenance.

Stock & Inventory: Maintain inventory levels of kitchen staples, pantry items, toilet paper, cleaning products, and children’s essentials; log items before they run out.

Light Upkeep: Ensure the kitchen remains tidy throughout the day, empty/load the dishwasher, manage trash/recycling bins, and provide basic pet care (feeding/watering).

  3. Qualifications & Requirements

Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of professional, verifiable experience working as a nanny, family assistant, or house manager.

Travel Flexibility: Willing and able to travel domestically with the family as needed. Must possess a valid U.S. driver's license and Real ID or equivalent identification for domestic air travel.

Language: Bilingual skills are highly preferred.
