Sage Haus in Burlingame, CA is seeking a Family Assistant & House Manager to support a busy family. This full-time role covers driving, school pickups, meal planning, organization, and daily household management, with a schedule Monday–Thursday and Friday, plus some flexibility for start times and special projects.

The candidate should be reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented, with excellent communication and a calm, organized approach to family life.

Qualifications

• Maintain a smoke-free environment.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record; reliable transportation.
• Comfortable driving across Millbrae, Burlingame, San Mateo, San Carlos and surrounding areas.
• Up-to-date vaccinations per CDC guidelines (including COVID-19, influenza, Tdap).
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pick-ups and drop-offs from school, sports, activities and appointments.
• Safely transport the boys and their sports gear.
• Supervise homework oversight and support.
• Coordinate carpools and activities with other families and guardians.
• Prepare backpacks, lunches, clothing/uniforms, snacks, water bottles for the next day.
• Anticipate the boys’ needs around school, sports, meals, and changing schedules.
• Provide additional family support during periods of solo parenting.
• Optional overnight stays with the boys when parents travel.
