Responsibilities

• Pick up children from school and transport to activities.
• Manage afternoon/evening routine until parents return.
• Prepare and plate children’s dinners.
• Assist with bath time and evening routines.
• Tidy children’s rooms, play areas, and belongings.
• Reset home and spaces for the following day.
• Run household and child-related errands, including groceries.
• Keep children’s supplies organized and well stocked.
• Assist with playroom and general household organization.
• Over time, support with vendor and contractor coordination.
• Pitch in with additional household needs as they arise.

Our client, a private family in Miami Beach, is seeking a Family Assistant to support the day-to-day needs of their busy household and three children. This is a hands-on role focused primarily on the two older children while also helping keep the household running smoothly.

The ideal candidate is calm, highly organized, proactive, and genuinely enjoys supporting children and household operations. They should be comfortable taking initiative, using good judgment, and stepping in wherever needed to make the family’s day-to-day life easier.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Pick up children from school and safely transport them to after-school activities.
• Bring children home and manage the afternoon/evening routine until parents return.
• Prepare and plate children’s dinners.
• Assist with bath time and other evening routines as needed.
• Tidy children’s rooms, play areas, and belongings.
• Reset the home and children’s spaces for the following day.
• Run household and child-related errands, including grocery shopping and package returns.
• Keep children’s supplies and household essentials organized and well stocked.
• Assist with playroom and general household organization.
• Over time, support with vendor and contractor coordination
• Pitch in with additional household needs as they arise.

REQUIREMENTS

• Prior experience as a Family Assistant, Nanny, or in a similar household support role.
• Valid driver’s license, insured vehicle, and comfortable driving children.

Compensation: $80K

Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 1:00 PM–7:00 PM and Sunday
