Job description

Responsible for the system design, planning, guidance, support, and training, as well as the implementation and monitoring of Family and Community Engagement services, and assure compliance as outlined in the Head Start/Early Head Start Performance Standards, Head Start Act as well as other national and regional regulations and policies.

Physical Demands

While performing the duties of this job, the employees occasionally required to stand, walk, sit, use hand, drive an automobile, talk, and hear. The employee must be able to occasionally lift, carry, or assist children weighing up to 50 pounds.

Licenses/Training/Certifications

Preferred Social Work License or eligible for Social Work Licensure, experience in adult education or social work.
