Job summary

Integral Care is seeking a Family Partner in Texas who brings lived experience as a parent of a child with mental, emotional, or behavioral health challenges. You will provide education, referrals, advocacy, and peer mentoring to families, strengthening engagement with crisis and behavioral health services.

You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team with some flexibility, and in-person collaboration at designated Travis County locations.

Qualifications

• Lived experience parenting a child with mental, emotional, or behavioral health challenges.
• Ability to provide information, referrals, advocacy, informal support, peer mentoring, and education services to parents and caregivers.

Responsibilities

• Provide information, referrals, advocacy, informal support, peer mentoring, and education services to parents and caregivers of youth receiving crisis and behavioral health services.
• Assist families in navigating systems of care and promote family engagement.
• Support treatment planning and empower families to participate in care processes.
