Cocoon House in Everett, WA seeks a Juvenile Justice Family Advocate to work with families to reduce home conflict, strengthen relationships, and prevent youth homelessness. You will provide family-centered case management, engage families in home and community settings, and coordinate with Cocoon House programs to ensure consistent support for youth.

The role includes court representation when needed and collaboration with community partners to gather resources.

Formación

• Two years of experience with parents/guardians of middle school and/or high school youth required.
• Experience supporting youth and families involved in the juvenile justice system preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• DCYF background clearance required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide case management to 15 families working on goals to reduce conflict and increase stability.
• Establish supportive relationships with youth and families involved in juvenile justice.
• Assist youth in creating personal goals with families.
• Collaborate with Youth Engagement Team for seamless services.
• Represent Cocoon House in juvenile justice court as needed.
• Build partnerships with community resources in Snohomish County.
