Qualifications

• Driver’s license and insurance are required by Maryland law.

Responsibilities

• Recruit families in need of WFC programming.
• Conduct home visits and assess family needs.
• Develop and maintain a library of community resources.
• Connect families to services through referrals.
• Assess children’s development and refer to appropriate agencies.
• Provide formal and informal parent education.
• Maintain up-to-date case notes and reports.
