Responsibilities

• Recruit children for the program in compliance with guidelines.
• Conduct a minimum of four family visits per year, with two at the child's home.
• Foster positive parent-child relationships and connect families to community resources.
• Maintain accurate records in ChildPlus and update Family Partnership Goals and health screenings.
• Support family engagement activities and parent meetings.
