RPC's Early Childhood Education Center in Gilman, IL is seeking a Family Advocate to provide family support and child health services to children from birth to age 5. This role supports families to promote self-sufficiency and positive outcomes for children.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Social Services or Human Development (or related field with 2 years of Case Management experience), valid driver's license, DCFS compliance, and basic computer skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Services or Human Development or related field with 2 years of Case Management experience.
• Ability to fulfill DCFS requirements (physical exam, immunizations, background check).
• Engage families in services and maintain records.

Responsibilities

• Provide family support and child health services to children birth to 5 years.
• Engage families to support goals and learning.
• Create positive classroom environment that is engaging and fun.
• Travel for home visits, trainings and meetings.
