Job summary

CSKT Tribal Health Department is seeking a Family Advocate in the Early Childhood Services program. Job description

FAMILY ADVOCATE

EARLY CHILDHOOD SERVICES

The successful applicant must have Bachelors Degree or Associates Degree in Human Services, Early Childhood Education, Human Development, or other related field. Two (2) years of experience working with families coordinating services. One (1) year experience performing case management functions. (preferred) Knowledge of community resources and skills to link families with appropriate agencies and staff. Current Valid Montana Drivers License.

All applicants must submit a Tribal application, a copy of academic transcript, certifications, proof of state licensure, copy of valid drivers license, if claiming Tribal preference, proof of enrollment from a federally recognized Tribe if other than CSKT, and if claiming veterans preference, a copy of the DD214 must be submitted.

FAILURE TO SUBMIT ALL OF THE ABOVE INFORMATION WILL RESULT IN DISQUALIFICATION DURING THE SCREENING PROCESS. This position is a Testing Designated Position (TDP) within the definition of the CSKT Drug Testing policy. The successful applicant, if not already employed by the Tribes must pass a pre-hire drug test and serve a mandatory six (6) month probationary period.

Salary is $16.64 - $19.13 per hour, plus benefits.
