PAID CARE REGISTRATION COORDINATORTRIBAL HEALTH DEPARTMENTSt. Ignatius

The successful applicant must possess an Associates degree in Sociology, Social Work, or Business Management or a medical related field or 2 years experience in Patient Registration and secretarial work in health administrative office. Must possess a valid drivers license. Experience with the RPMS computer system, FI computer system, fax machine, scanning is preferred, but not required. All applicants must submit a Tribal application, a copy of academic transcript/degree, certifications, copy of valid drivers license, if claiming Tribal preference, proof of enrollment from a federally recognized Tribe if other than CSKT, and if claiming veterans preference, a copy of the DD214 must be submitted. FAILURE TO SUBMIT ALL OF THE ABOVE INFORMATION WILL RESULT IN DISQUALIFICATION DURING THE SCREENING PROCESS. This position is not a Testing Designated Position (TDP) within the definition of the CSKT Drug Testing policy and subject to random drug testing. The successful applicant, if not already employed by the Tribes must pass a pre-hire drug test and serve a mandatory six (6) month probationary period. Salary range: $15.26 to $17.54 (May be employed under contract). The closing date will be Monday, August 10, 2026, at 5:30 p.m. (MST)
