Job summary

JusticeWorks Family of Services is hiring a Family Advocacy Case Manager in Susquehanna County, PA. This full-time, salaried role supports families as they navigate social services and legal systems, serving as a primary contact and advocate. Responsibilities include crisis intervention, securing community resources, and ongoing case management.

Evening and weekend hours are required. A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle are needed, along with background checks and pre-employment

About the Role

JusticeWorks YouthCare is hiring a Family Advocacy Case Manager to support families as they navigate social service and legal systems. In this role, you will serve as a primary point of contact for families, assess needs, connect them with critical community resources, and provide ongoing advocacy and support.

What You’ll Do

• Provide crisis intervention, case management, and advocacy for families navigating social service and legal systems
• Connect families with community resources such as housing, financial assistance, healthcare, and counseling
• Monitor family progress, provide ongoing support, and adjust service plans as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation and meet program requirements
• Transport clients using your personal vehicle as necessary
• High school diploma required
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable access to a vehicle
• Ability to pass all required background clearances
• Ability to pass pre-employment, post-offer drug screening
• Willingness to work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends
