Job summary

Qualifications

• Significant experience in planning and facilitating adult education.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license and access to an insured vehicle.
• Ability to travel for in-home assessments.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct activities to reduce falls among older adults.
• Develop and maintain community partnerships for fall prevention.
• Organize and conduct presentations about services.
