Responsibilities

• Plan and lead a six-week strength-and-conditioning program for Franklin High School out-of-season athletes.
• Develop strength, speed, power, mobility, conditioning, and proper movement mechanics.
• Designing and conducting workouts.
• Teaching proper exercise technique.
• Maintaining a safe training environment.
• Helping athletes develop positive training habits and accountability.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
