The Fall Strength and Conditioning Coach provides leadership, instruction, and guidance to student-athletes utilizing the Weight Room and Fitness Room facilities. Reporting directly to the Activities Director, this position collaborates closely with assistant coaches to define program goals and ensure alignment with district athletic standards. The coach is directly responsible for maintaining the health, safety, and overall welfare of all participating student-athletes within St. Francis Area Schools.
