Georgia-Pacific is seeking candidates for a Fall 2027 Project Engineering Co-Op at our Big Island, VA containerboard mill. The 12-week rotation runs August through December 2027 and offers hands-on engineering workflow exposure, project lifecycle experience, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced team.

Ideal candidates are enrolled in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or Structural Engineering or Construction Management programs.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a degree or alternative program.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning, coordination, and execution of technical projects.
• Gather and organize project data and documentation.
• Support scheduling, progress tracking, and updates for project managers.
• Collaborate with operations or maintenance teams as needed.
