The intern will rotate through key areas, learn ERP systems, and help improve process visibility, standardization, and execution. Requires current enrollment in a relevant program and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a relevant program (high school, college or technical program).
• No prior professional experience required, exposure to manufacturing or projects is helpful.
• Strong organization and attention to detail with ability to track tasks and milestones.
• Willingness to learn ERP systems and production processes while adhering to safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Complete onboarding and safety training while learning the end-to-end manufacturing flow.
• Rotate through receiving, planning, material flow, production, quality, inventory, and shipping.
• Observe and document current-state processes and improvement opportunities.
• Create or revise procedures and work instructions for priority processes with approvals.
• Support a special operations project with data collection and action tracking.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand dependencies and enable execution.
