Job summary

AEG offers a Fall Intern in Diversity, Equity & Inclusion to learn the business of sports and live entertainment in a team that creates a safe, inclusive workplace. You will support DEI programs, manage ENG resources, and help execute internal campaigns in a dynamic LA environment.

The role demands a current student with strong communication skills, MS Office proficiency, and the ability to multi-task under pressure. The internship is on-site in Los Angeles with pay of $19–$21 per hour.

Qualifications

• Passion for sports and live entertainment.
• Currently pursuing a degree in a relevant field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluent in Microsoft Office - Excel, Word, and PowerPoint specifically.
• Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Support DEI programs and ENG initiatives.
• Assist with maintaining and auditing DEI resources incl intranet and SharePoint sites.
• Research, propose, and support employee engagement campaigns.
• Help develop internal communications, content calendars, and awareness campaigns for DEI initiatives.
• Complete administrative tasks.
• Collect data from the Employee Network Group events.
• Attend ENG planning meetings to assist with coordinating programming.
• Assist with sourcing, vetting, and curating content for diverse subjects.
