Responsibilities

• Teach PSY603 Inferential Statistics (two sections) for graduate students.
• Develop and deliver lectures and lab activities on experimental design, statistical procedures, and APA‑style presentation.
• Administer and grade assignments, exams, and assessments.
• Collaborate with laboratory instructor to provide statistical software training using R.
• Communicate course materials and outcomes to faculty leadership.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in Psychology or related field.
• Strong knowledge of research design, implementation, and data analysis.
• Excellent writing and reasoning abilities.
• Familiarity with CANVAS and R.
• Ideally, prior teaching experience with a comparable course.

Compensation

In compliance with NYC’s Pay Transparency Act, the per‑credit salary for this position is $1,906.
