Job summary

Madeline Hotel & Residences, Auberge Collection in Telluride, CO, is seeking a Bartender Supervisor for a full-time, year-round role. You will mentor Falcon Room bartenders, oversee guest service standards, and ensure daily Crest Club and Falcon Room operations run smoothly.

Develop seasonal cocktails with the Director of Outlets, stay informed about local distilleries, and schedule team members. Minimum 2 years as a supervisor in fine dining or luxury resort; hospitality certification

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Supervisor in a fine dining or luxury resort setting.
• Hospitality certificate or degree desirable.
• Ability to obtain relevant state and local certifications (e.g., food handlers, alcohol training).

Responsibilities

• Mentor and provide ongoing training and coaching to Falcon Room bartenders on drinks, techniques and prep management.
• Oversee bartenders to ensure guest service standards and mentorship for skill advancement.
• Ensure Crest Club and Falcon Room operations are set up in a timely manner each day.
• Develop seasonal cocktails with the Director of Outlets to align with trends and market demands.
• Stay informed about local distillery, winery and brewery offerings.
