Job summary

Solairus Aviation is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead all maintenance on assigned aircraft, ensuring compliance with airworthiness standards and company policies. The role reports to the Director of Maintenance or CAM. The ideal candidate holds an A&P certificate with at least 10 years of corporate aircraft maintenance experience, proficient in CFRs, FAA instructions, and budgeting and supervising maintenance teams.

Qualifications

• A&P certificate required and maintained.
• Minimum 10 years' experience in corporate aircraft maintenance operations.
• Strong knowledge of CFRs, airworthiness standards, and FAA maintenance instructions.
• Ability to plan, schedule, and oversee maintenance events.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance activities for assigned aircraft and ensure compliance with CFRs and standards.
• Track routine maintenance, long-term planning, scheduling, and completion of events.
• Develop and manage a maintenance budget for parts, labor, tooling and facilities.
• Supervise maintenance personnel and coordinate with AMOs and FAA liaison.
• Maintain complete records of inspections, repairs, and component changes.
