Faith Kids Campus Director

Summary
The Faith Kids Campus Director will work alongside the Faith Kids Ministry team to provide leadership, vision and direction that creates a life‑giving atmosphere of vibrant and enticing discipleship and evangelism for the children, parents, and volunteer team at one of our campuses. The Director oversees all weekend services and ministry events that take place at their campus and works closely with the Global Kids Pastor in the execution, management and direction of this campus.
This role requires advanced knowledge and consistent exercise of discretion and judgment.
Essential Functions
- Maintain the God‑ordained priorities in life, putting Jesus Christ at the center of everything, including spouse, children and ministry.
- Be passionate about tithing at least 10% of income to what God is doing through the vision of Faith Church.
- Invest in and lead a Faith Church connect group.
- Be responsible for developing and multiplying Dream Team.
- Avoid the appearance of evil, let no hint of immorality exist and conduct life with integrity in all situations.
- Maintain loyalty to the vision and staff of Faith Church and protect the unity God has given the church.
- Believe and operate in the gifts of the Spirit.
- Wholeheartedly believe in the empowerment of women in pastoral leadership.
- Be a fully devoted follower of Christ.
- Show person of Godly character and integrity.
- Loves Faith Church and lives its vision and culture.
- Align personal social media posts exclusively with Faith Church.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Oversee and organize children’s ministries at campus.
- Oversee implementation of policies and enforce compliance.
- Follow and implement children’s ministry facility standards.
- Work closely with the Global Kids Pastor to analyze effectiveness of programming and adjust as needed.
- Lead and build teams to execute all aspects of children’s ministry for weekend services.
- Maintain consistent weekly communication with key leaders and parents.
- Develop a healthy community among parents and equip parents for discipleship through Sunday and small group experience.
- Help develop and maintain all security standards.
- Track growth for future development.
- Seek opportunities to connect within local schools and communities.
- Oversee the implementation of weekend experience for all children.
- Ensure quality of services.
- Help in development of ministry events including Kids Fest, Summer Camp, Christmas Events, and Volunteer Grow Nights.

Work Environment
The role operates in a professional office environment with routine use of standard office equipment.
Physical Demands
Primarily sedentary office work with high energy required during services and events.
Position Type and Hours
Weekly schedule: 40–45 hours per week. Additional evening or weekend hours may be required for special events.
Required Education and Experience
- Intermediate level experience (practical application).
- Ministry‑centered bachelor's degree.
Preferred Education and Experience
Travel
Local campus-to-campus travel and occasional overnight trips may be expected.
