Faith Church St Louiscom is seeking a Faith Kids Campus Director to lead the Faith Kids ministry at Sunset Hills Campus in St. Louis, MO.

You will oversee all weekend services and events, align with the Global Kids Pastor, and direct a volunteer-based team to create a vibrant discipleship environment for children and families. You will recruit and develop volunteers, implement ministry policies, coordinate campus programs, and ensure safety and compliance while modeling Christ-centered

• Level of experience: Intermediate (practical application).
• Ministry centered Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and organize childrens ministries at Campus.
• Implement policies and enforce compliance.

Summary

The Faith Kids Campus Director will work alongside the Faith Kids Ministry team to provide leadership, vision and direction that creates a life giving atmosphere of vibrant and enticing discipleship and evangelism for the children, parents, and volunteer team at one of our Campuses. The Faith Kids director will oversee all weekend services and ministry events that take place at their Campus. This position would work closely with the Global Kids Pastor in the execution, management and direction of this campus.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Oversee implementation of policies and enforce compliance.
• Follow and implement childrens ministry facility standards at their campus.
• Work closely with the Global Kids Pastor to analyze effectiveness of programming and adjust as needed.
• Lead and build teams to execute all aspects of childrens ministry for weekend services.
• Consistent weekly communication with key leaders and parents.
• Develop healthy community among parents and equip parents for discipleship through Sunday and small group experience.
• Help develop and maintain all security standards.
• Track growth for future development.
• Seek opportunities to connect within local schools and communities.
• Oversee implementation of Weekend experience for all children.
• Oversee quality of services.
• Help in development of ministry events including Kids Fest, Summer Camp, Christmas Events, Volunteer Grow Nights, etc.

Work Environment

This job operates in a professional office environment (routinely uses standard office equipment)

Physical Demands

Office time is mostly a sedentary role (stationary at desk and working on a computer); during services and events, must have high energy for multiple hour segments.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work

The weekly schedule will include 40-45 hours per week and will be the same every week. In addition to your regular weekly hours you will be asked to participate in events that will occasionally include evening or weekend hours, as there are continual seasons where it will be necessary to exceed these minimum hours (i.e., Christmas, Easter, Strategic Planning, are just some examples and do not encompass all of the extended hours opportunities). These hours can/will fluctuate.

• Tuesday: 9amC/10amE - 5pmC/6pmE (rotation week 10amC/11amE - 9pmC/10pmE)
• Wednesday: 9amC/10amE - 5pmC/6pmE
• Thursday: 9amC/10amE - 5pmC/6pmE
• Friday: Off
• Saturday: Off (rotation week 3pmC/4pmE - 7pmC/8pmE)

Travel

Campus to campus local travel and occasional overnight trips will be expected for this position.
