Qualifications

• Practicing Catholic preferred.
• Experience working with children in educational or childcare settings preferred.
• Strong classroom management, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement lesson plans and activities provided by the regular teacher.
• Maintain a safe, orderly, and respectful classroom environment.
• Supervise students throughout the school day.
• Encourage positive student behavior and uphold school policies.
• Support spiritual and academic development in line with Catholic values.
• Communicate with administration and staff regarding classroom activities.
• Maintain confidentiality regarding students and staff.
• Complete attendance records and notes for the regular teacher.
• Adapt to different grade levels and instructional needs.
• Follow diocesan and Safe Environment policies.
