Job summary

Samaritan's Purse is seeking an Office Manager to join the U.S. Rebuild team in Harrison County, West Virginia. You will greet volunteers, manage staff timesheets and volunteer documentation, and support homeowners to ensure a smooth, faith-driven experience on site.

The role collaborates with the Project Superintendent to prepare engaging weekly and monthly reports and handle critical information for staff, volunteers, and operations during the 1–2 year rebuild project.

Qualifications

• One-year certificate from college or technical school and 1–2 years related experience and/or training.
• Thorough knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Greet volunteers and assist upon arrival, ensuring paperwork is completed.
• Manage timesheets for non-exempt staff and volunteer documentation.
• Support homeowners to make their experience smooth.
• Collaborate with the Project Superintendent to prepare weekly and monthly reports.
• Other duties as assigned.
