Job summary

Thrivent is seeking a Financial Advisor to provide purpose‑based financial guidance to clients, helping them save, invest and protect their financial well‑being. On onboarding, you’ll receive comprehensive training and licensing support, with earnings tied to commissions and incentives.

You’ll build a practice that serves communities of faith, with support from specialists across marketing, technology and business development to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Military veterans are encouraged to apply.
• Attainment of FINRA SIE, life and health licenses (licensed role only) before contracting.
• Satisfactory background check, fingerprinting and securities registration and/or insurance licensing verification, if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Build a financial practice guiding Christians on their journeys to financial clarity and service.
• Provide personal, actionable advice and connect clients to Thrivent products and programs.
• Develop and maintain genuine, long‑term relationships based on trust and understanding.
• Make client appointments by leveraging your network and Thrivent’s reputation and marketing efforts.
• Have the flexibility to control your schedule to achieve work‑life balance.
