Qualifications

• Genuine believer in the Lord Jesus Christ, able to communicate the Gospel.
• One year of experience in ministry, customer service, or social services.
• Availability to work on weekends, evenings, and overnight.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake, assessment, and triage of clients.
• Develop individualized, goal-based case plans.
• Manage client flow and transitions to appropriate services.
• Provide advocacy and coordinate with internal and external teams.
