Georgia United Methodist Foundation seeks a faith-centered President and CEO to lead strategic growth and financial stewardship for Georgia churches and Wesleyan partners. The role focuses on inspiring leadership, donor engagement, and innovative mission support across the state.

Reporting to the Board of Trustees, the CEO will advance strategic vision, build trusted relationships, and grow revenue through loans, investments, and endowment services while maintaining strong governance and fiscal

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success in relationship-building, external engagement, and communication with diverse stakeholder groups.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, nonprofit leadership, theology, finance, law, or a related field.
• Experience with fundraising, donor stewardship, planned giving, endowment development.
• Experience working with a Board of Trustees and board committees.
• Strategic thinking with integrity, humility, trust, collaboration, and accountability.

• Grow relationships and giving with clergy, funders, and donors statewide.
• Increase revenue through loans, investments, endowment services, and new programs.
